Job Overview
ALA Developments is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors, and high-net-worth clients across its real estate portfolio. This role is central to ensuring long-term trust, repeat business, and smooth communication between ALA and its external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, channel partners, and key clients
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local and international partners
- Support the sales team by managing broker networks and lead flow
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, and operations)
- Handle partner onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Track partner performance and deal progress
- Resolve client and broker issues in a professional and timely manner
- Support investor relations and project updates when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in real estate, relationship management, or client servicing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with brokers, developers, or investment partners
- Well-organised with strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Professional appearance and confident client-facing manner
Language Skills
- English – required
- Any additional language is an advantage
