Job Overview

ALA Developments is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors, and high-net-worth clients across its real estate portfolio. This role is central to ensuring long-term trust, repeat business, and smooth communication between ALA and its external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, channel partners, and key clients
  2. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local and international partners
  3. Support the sales team by managing broker networks and lead flow
  4. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, and operations)
  5. Handle partner onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements
  6. Track partner performance and deal progress
  7. Resolve client and broker issues in a professional and timely manner
  8. Support investor relations and project updates when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate, relationship management, or client servicing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with brokers, developers, or investment partners
  • Well-organised with strong follow-up and coordination skills
  • Professional appearance and confident client-facing manner

Language Skills

  • English – required
  • Any additional language is an advantage
