The Sales Manager’s role involves identifying potential clients, analysing market trends, and negotiating deals. The position requires managing client concerns, building a network of brokers, maintaining a client database, updating records on Salesforce, coordinating paperwork, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect potential clients, analyse market trends, and intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
Plan monthly sales targets and execute them within a given time frame, handling sales activities with the intention of closing predefined sales targets.
Develop new business opportunities in various geographies through research and prospecting to generate leads and achieve sales goals.
Present projects by ALA Developments to potential clients, handling client objections, concerns, and queries with professionalism and confidence.
Build a strong network of real estate brokers within the region and at an international level.
Maintain an extensive database of brokers, channel partners, and individual clients.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business.
1 to 3+ years of sales experience with a brokerage or developer firm.
Candidates having property sales experience in off-plan and demonstrated ability to support multiple launches in the market preferred.
Present projects by ALA Developments to potential clients, handling client objections, concerns, and queries with professionalism and confidence.
Build a strong network of real estate brokers within the region and at an international level.
Maintain an extensive database of brokers, channel partners, and individual clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in Russian, Chinese, French, or Arabic is an advantage.
